URBANCARDIO KB BOOTCAMP

UrbanCardio KB Bootcamp is the ultimate bootcamp workout challenge for anyone at any fitness level. Tone your body, increase upper body strength, relieve stress, gain self-confidence and lose weight. This class combines all the best of kickboxing drills, core work, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning for the ultimate body shaping experience. You will learn basic punches, hooks, kicks and simple combinations. Work hard, sweat hard and see results fast!

Our instructors will push you to your limits! You get what you put into the class! Challenge yourself and put in that extra effort!
Gloves are recommended and are available for sale at the studio. No contact. All levels.

URBANFIT KB BOOTCAMP

UrbanFit KB Bootcamp mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. This class is designed to emphasize on optimizing physical competence in all fitness areas: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Students are taught kicks, punches, hooks, blocks, shadow kickboxing, bag and pad training, as well as cardiovascular and muscular fitness exercises at high intensity. Each class has a unique combination of plyometrics, kickboxing drills, core exercise, resistance training and various types of intense explosive routines. This energetic and high tempo bootcamp class will take your workout to the next level!
Gloves are required and hand wraps are recommended. Suitable for all levels.
